How delivery works
DCS Components is built around business hardware procurement rather than casual consumer dispatch. That means orders are checked before supplier fulfilment is released.
- Delivery charges are shown before checkout payment.
- Orders may be fulfilled by supplier or direct-dispatch depending on product source and availability.
- Tracking is added to the customer order status page where available.
- Large, specialist or project orders may require separate delivery confirmation.
Delivery process
The checkout basket shows product pricing, VAT and delivery before payment.
DCS checks the paid order, supplier stock and delivery route before fulfilment.
Where suitable, the order is progressed through approved supplier/direct-dispatch channels.
Customers can be updated with tracking and order progress when available.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on supplier stock, courier availability, product type and order review. DCS will update customers where additional checks or specialist delivery arrangements are required.
