Customers may browse products, add items to a quote basket or checkout basket, submit enquiries and place orders through the DCS Components website.
Orders and payment
- Checkout orders must be paid through an available payment method before fulfilment is released.
- PayPal and Worldpay card payments may be available depending on checkout configuration.
- Formal quote requests do not take payment automatically and may require manual DCS review.
- DCS may review paid orders before supplier fulfilment proceeds.
Pricing, VAT and delivery
Prices may include VAT where shown. Delivery is charged and displayed before payment where applicable. Supplier stock, delivery costs and availability may change, especially for business procurement and specialist hardware.
Supplier-led fulfilment
Products may be fulfilled through suppliers, distributors or direct-dispatch routes rather than DCS warehouse stock. This means fulfilment, tracking and return handling may depend on supplier processes.
Returns and refunds
Customers must contact DCS before returning goods. Some business, special-order, supplier-direct or project items may be subject to supplier restrictions.
